I had an issue with my checks so I reached out to the 800 number and they were no help whatsoever. I left messages at my home branch in Columbia and they wouldn’t even call me back. So being in Orangeburg today I stopped by the St Matthews branch and I was extremely impressed! They made sure I got everything I needed.
