I went to a different branch (Melrose Park) on Friday and had the absolute worst experience ever. I was there for almost an hour and they refused to deposit a valid check. When I came to the Glenside branch on Monday, it was a breathe of fresh air. Customer service was knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to take care of my transaction in minutes. This is the 2nd time using this branch and both times were wonderful. I'll continue to use your branch in the future.
