A 45-minute wait for no one to help us. The cashiers working and the people in charge of assisting us just stood there and gave us dirty looks. Many people speak ill of this branch, and now I understand why.

Deposit delays are an ongoing issue. It seems they delay cash deposits even when we make deposits using the ATM with the company's provided debit card. The ATM deposit delays and the unreliability of availability of the machines to accept deposits (photo attached) is why we resolved to make deposits via deposit slip again (which they charge extra for now!) We recently had a money transfer service change from Wells Fargo to Fifth Third Bank because of similar issues with the way Wells Fargo handles deposits.
Firstly, they don't pick up the phone, even in the middle of the day. A simple deposit will take at least half an hour, even with no one in line. Want a bank that will slow you down to 1878 banking speed, then consider Wells Fargo. The ATM never works either. I've had better working ATMs in literal second and third world countries. smh
