Kind workers helped me deposit a check that walmart messed up, 10/10 people
Deposit delays are an ongoing issue. It seems they delay cash deposits even when we make deposits using the ATM with the company's provided debit card. The ATM deposit delays and the unreliability of availability of the machines to accept deposits (photo attached) is why we resolved to make deposits via deposit slip again (which they charge extra for now!) We recently had a money transfer service change from Wells Fargo to Fifth Third Bank because of similar issues with the way Wells Fargo handles deposits.
Firstly, they don't pick up the phone, even in the middle of the day. A simple deposit will take at least half an hour, even with no one in line. Want a bank that will slow you down to 1878 banking speed, then consider Wells Fargo. The ATM never works either. I've had better working ATMs in literal second and third world countries. smh
Tried to cash a check from a coustomer with an account from Wells Fargo. The check number is over 900.4m They tried to charge a 10$ fee just because I didn't have an acc.
One star seems like a lie! Worst customer service ever! I opened my account when I was just 16 years old. I am now 58 years old. They could care a less. I had to pay $30 just to get 60 checks! That is 50 cents a check! ATM machine beats McDonalds ice cream machine for the total number of “Out of orders!”
