This branch never answers the phone. WF customer service as a whole has drastically reduced coupled with all the shady practices, it may be time to go.
Taking 20 minutes to make a deposit is unbelievable. Why close the other location if you are still going to have only 1 teller for drive thru and 1 for walk in? This happens ALL THE TIME
Went to this bank 3 straight times and they were closed earlier than advertised. Very inconvenient!
