ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! BIG PROBLEMS WITH THIS BANK! We're done with this bank and especially this branch. My wife has had an account with Wells Fargo here in Minot for almost three years. Much to my chagrin and objection. (She has savings, checking and a large investment account) Instead of a CAN DO attitude they have a CAN'T DO attitude. This branch never answers the phone. WF customer service as a whole has drastically reduced coupled with all the shady practices, it may be time to go.
Taking 20 minutes to make a deposit is unbelievable. Why close the other location if you are still going to have only 1 teller for drive thru and 1 for walk in? This happens ALL THE TIME
