Sometimes the banking is a little issue. Other than that great.
Have heard of numerous horrible customer service, discrimination etc... from this bank. Experienced that recently, it appears that this company will do everything in their power to turn customers away. Shady business practices is what turns customers away and have them moving their business elsewhere.
This location has a very professional staff and friendly service! New customer here and highly satisfied. Highly recommend this location. Location does matter. JD Gonzales answered all questions and explained everything with ease.
One of the worst branches I’ve used, they sound condescending but when they learn you have a lot of equity and investments their demeanor totally changes.
Biggest branch in my area but most difficult to get assistance by phone.
