I wanted to take a moment really say how much of a pleasure it is to visit the Old Randleman Road branch! Every time I go in there Luis the branch manager always greets me and is always willing to help me with whatever I need. Honestly the entire team there are always super friendly and super helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this particular branch. Luis runs a well oiled machine there for sure! Thank you Luis for making banking a pleasure there! Don (the coin guy)

This branch would not deposit (yes, deposit) a check from truist because they couldn't verify it. When do banks have to verify a check to deposit it? I wasn't asking to cash it. They told me to go to truist and cash it then bring the cash to them to deposit. Get real. The manager was awful to deal with. I've been with WF for over 30 years (from the wachovia days) and I'm beyond disappointed.
