Very bad customer service. I was not greeted coming in the door. I was told to have a seat until someone to help. But when someone comes in and speak Spanish. He help them right away. After 30 mjns of wait and no help. I left to go to a different location. Thinking twice about opening an account with this bank now after this experience. We got to do better with customer service. It is just awful now a days🤦♀️🤦♀️

Absolutely rude and only Spanish speaking lazy fat crusty women not working,,line of people out the door. Waited over 20mins to have Pedro treat me like criminal asking me 50 questions refusing to give me $40 out of my own account!!!
