Slow service, six people in line, one teller.
I have come to this bank a handful of times and it is by far the slowest banking I have experienced. You feel bad there is such short staff - they never stop working. I requested foreign currency and only one of my requests was delivered and they have no tracking or verification on the other. In a rush- find another branch for important tasks. Edward is fantastic, but patience is necessary to have an ok experience
Today was my first day visiting this location for my banking needs. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Andrew. He was knowledgeable about what I needed to get done and very professional as well. While here I also was helped by Emmanuel at the tellers desk and he was also helpful and friendly.
Painfully slow and understaffed.
I've tried disputing fraudulent credit reporting from Wells Fargo with no success. The agents are incredibly unhelpful. Thank goodness I'm not a customer of Wells Fargo. These guys should be locked up. I'm shocked that they can swindle people for as long as they have.
