This review has nothing to do with this branch, however I could not find where to leave a review for Wells Fargos Customer Service via phone. I called regarding a charge on my account that I didn't authorize, they said it was a claim fee for filing a false claim. I tried to explain to the agent that the claim wasn't false, rather a misunderstanding between me and the merchant which has been resolved. Slow service, six people in line, one teller.
I have come to this bank a handful of times and it is by far the slowest banking I have experienced. You feel bad there is such short staff - they never stop working. I requested foreign currency and only one of my requests was delivered and they have no tracking or verification on the other. In a rush- find another branch for important tasks. Edward is fantastic, but patience is necessary to have an ok experience
