I've seen better customer service at a Wendy's. When you walk in, people scowl at you and it seems like you have inconvenienced them with your presence. When I tried to use the restroom I was told that there are "no public restrooms" as if I was a homeless person walking in off the street. People in line nodded at me and rolled there eyes as if to say "this is what it's like here".
