Although I left Wells Fargo as a bank in general after being a client for 22 years, the corporate banking or phone banking has horrific customer service up to the executive level, among many other factors that caused me to leave, this particular Wells Fargo branch, however, was not too bad although there is definitely a reason that the majority of Reviews are one star.
