Among one of the worst experiences! I went in to discuss issues pertaining to my acct and a banker said You Were Hacked. Was super condescending. It took forever to resolve the issues- I spoke to that banker a week later and he said “If this happens to you again, WF will not be there to protect you” I was very confused, but I said “I’ll just go to another bank” No response. I contacted Corporate and his Manager. He should not be working with the Public with this attitude.
