I come in to pay my rent and have problems with one or more of the employees asking for my id and other stuff when I never had to with 2 or 3 of the employees that just take my deposit and money order and that's it. Wells Fargo needs to better train your employees on different deposits.
Do not use them for any type of large deposit as they will tell you one thing and then totally change it 24 hours later and not tell you. We deposited a check yesterday and they said they'd have partial payment until it cleared but then today at 4 they took the entire deposit and put it on hold without any warning or any notice. ATM is always out of service. Why not just update it.
Claim to exchange currency but when asked, they don't exchange paper or coin currency. what a joke, do not bank with these people.
