Don’t use the drive-in. Your paperwork will sit while they leave and go take care of a customer that walked in and you can wait 15 minutes for someone to come back only after you call and call and call someone to come and address your deposit. This is an ongoing issue with Wells Fargo. They did it to another branch I used and now it’s happening at a branch about 5 miles from my initial branch. I will not use the drive-in ever again. They prioritize walk-in customers.
I had such a wonderful experience opening both a checking and savings account thanks to Tanvi. She truly went above and beyond from start to finish. She was incredibly thorough, patient, and kind, making sure I understood every step of the process and answering all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Scheduled an appointment with them based on availability on their website. Called me last minute to tell me they are actually double booked and they made no attempt to accommodate me Find another branch to go to
Customer of WF since I was born. I came in to cash 30-year bonds that I got when I was a baby. Representative at the cashiers desk turned me away saying the process to cash bonds is "too long" and "we close in 1 hour". So I went down the road to Valley Bank and they cashed them for me. Happy birthday to me from Wells Fargo!!!! *eye roll*
