I would like to share the racist encounter that I experienced at this location. I came into the location to deposit money. The teller who was assisting me stated that she could not take one of the bills because it was damaged. Said bill has a minor tear at the bottom. I asked the teller if I could speak with the manager. The manager was very dismissive and didn’t even come to inspect the bill. She was very unprofessional and yelled from where she was seated stating that she cannot accept the bill. I would never recommend Wells Fargo Bank, I had someone steal money out of my checking account and they said they found no fraud, why because Well Fargo stole the 500 I had coming to me because that's the decision they made on my case. Wells Fargo are thief's stay away for your own sake
Diana Leon at the Kearny Nj location went well above and beyond the scope of her job to assist me with my banking needs. I just want to say there should be more employees like her. So I just want to acknowledge the fact that she was very professional, very patient. And was willing to help me when she didn't really need to. So if I can just send her a great big kudos, and let her be acknowledged for the wonderful service that she provided
I am not recommending this agency. The manager is not cooperative, the teller can't process a card request, and you come twice to request the same card and it never arrives at your house. Irresponsible.
