Long lines (11 people waiting) to wait for a teller with only two (2) tellers working at the time of my visit.
The people are nice and effective, but whoever decided to go open concept for a financial institution should be fired. There is no privacy when sitting down with a banker and we could hear every detail of the appointment next to us.
Came in with one problem, left with several problems solved! Mickey is a ray of sunshine, quick, and efficient with solutions! Very much suggest this branch.
