Just close all your accounts and go to a Credit Union. This is a For Profit, Private Bank. They will chisel you with Fees until you go broke.
Took a wells fargo to get cashed. Their system was down to get a photo of the check scanned. Instead of telling me to go to another branch they wasted 30 minutes trying to call the issuer of the check and by the time they tell me sorry, we cant verify it they wait until all the branches are closed. Ridiculous rule to need to call for extra verification to begin with if its a wells fargo check printed by a business.
The worst branch, terrible service — from the moment you walk in they just waste your time. Incompetent people for this job.
