My wife and I over the road truck drivers opened two accounts at this Wells Fargo office in July 2023 one personal one business. Charles who's no longer there praise be to God and Christ, made absolutely sure we felt comfortable and secure our hard earned money was in a great place. I received a call/voicemail from someone, but the only things I could clearly understand were "Wells Fargo" and "Fraud Detection." The rest of the message was too fast, including the case number, phone number, and name. I realize I’m not a native speaker, but I listened to it six times and still couldn’t get any more information due to the poor call quality and how fast they were speaking. I was treated extremely well by everyone at this branch, will definitely come back to this WF location. I had a putzy issue that took a lot of work to fix and the staff helped me through it. I understand complaining about long lines, or stupid corporate policies that these workers have no control of. But it’s way more significant to me that folks working at a bank are smart and professional - which they were. Thanks!
