Great customer service in-branch—the staff was helpful, patient, and made the process easy. However, Wells Fargo’s phone support is frustrating and doesn’t match the quality of the in-person experience.
You rarely see a Wells Fargo branch with over four stars, and this one truly deserves it. I was visiting the NJ, NY, and CT area and stopped by for a cash transaction. Ann and Laura were very kind and professional. Despite the complicated identity verification process, everything was completed within about two hours, including the time I spent doing the counting and paperwork in a private room. Highly recommend this branch whether you are local or visiting. They treat customers like family. Five stars!
The ATM is very fast, I have never had any problems with my account.
Not everyone likes going to the bank especially opening a new account with all it’s safeguards it can be overwhelming…I walked in right at opening and was immediately felt at ease when I was greeted by all the morning bankers and tellers .Jasmine welcomed me at her desk and just by listening to me personalized my accounts exactly how I wanted !!
