I am conflicted on how many stars to choose. The tellers and behind the counter employees are incredible, helpful, kind, caring and all around wonderful people. Ann, Laura and branch manager Michael M. Are grade A bank employees and all around humans! However, I have had AWFUL EXPERIENCES with multiple members of the banker team. I had CONTINUOUS fraud on my account through the mobile banking and made multiple trips to the bank literally in tears and terrified for what was next to come and was told at least half a dozen time... read more
Great customer service in-branch—the staff was helpful, patient, and made the process easy. However, Wells Fargo’s phone support is frustrating and doesn’t match the quality of the in-person experience.
You rarely see a Wells Fargo branch with over four stars, and this one truly deserves it. I was visiting the NJ, NY, and CT area and stopped by for a cash transaction. Ann and Laura were very kind and professional. Despite the complicated identity verification process, everything was completed within about two hours, including the time I spent doing the counting and paperwork in a private room. Highly recommend this branch whether you are local or visiting. They treat customers like family. Five stars!
