I have never felt so disrespected at this Wells Fargo branch in Mahwah. Every time I visit, the staff are usually very nice. However, today an older white lady clerk asked me a series of strange questions. The one that particularly upset me was when she asked if the people in Upper Saddle River were nice to me. It was clear to me that she asked this because I am Spanish, implying that she believes people in Upper Saddle River are racist. I have never experienced any issues there, and her assumption was offensive and misguide... read more

Every time I go there there is a problem. I decided to deposit a $1000 today cash and after waiting quite a while as usual At the drive through they told me they'd be with me in a few minutes.
