You rarely see a Wells Fargo branch with over four stars, and this one truly deserves it. I was visiting the NJ, NY, and CT area and stopped by for a cash transaction. Ann and Laura were very kind and professional. Despite the complicated identity verification process, everything was completed within about two hours, including the time I spent doing the counting and paperwork in a private room. Highly recommend this branch whether you are local or visiting. They treat customers like family. Five stars!
The ATM is very fast, I have never had any problems with my account.
Not everyone likes going to the bank especially opening a new account with all it’s safeguards it can be overwhelming…I walked in right at opening and was immediately felt at ease when I was greeted by all the morning bankers and tellers .Jasmine welcomed me at her desk and just by listening to me personalized my accounts exactly how I wanted !! I have never felt so disrespected at this Wells Fargo branch in Mahwah. Every time I visit, the staff are usually very nice. However, today an older white lady clerk asked me a series of strange questions. The one that particularly upset me was when she asked if the people in Upper Saddle River were nice to me. It was clear to me that she asked this because I am Spanish, implying that she believes people in Upper Saddle River are racist.
