Made a deposit earlier in the week. I was told it needed a few days to clear. Came back a few days later and withdrew the funds I needed. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't need to wait long as I went in the early morning to avoid long lines and rude people. Very pleasant experience as always, a lovely young lady named Trish helped me both times, she was helpful, courteous and patient. Great location that always has the answers I need.
Cleared a mobile deposit in my account, then after my rent is paid using that deposit tells me i’m a thousand dollars in the whole for two weeks. Crazy way of handling deposits.
Patty is literally the best. Friendly service. Update: the remodel on this place is unsettling. It’s all new, but for some reason it gives me anxiety. Man!!!
Please ignore the latest reviews with the pictures of a guy clearly off his rocker standing on the side of the highway holding a sign saying Tammy is a horrible branch manager. I have banked with wells Fargo since 2007 and am a frequent visitor of this branch. Tammy was simply doing her job that she was hired to do and she has always done for me taking care of her customers and protecting customers information. I wish wellsfargo’s corporate office would do the right thing for Tammy on google maps that they did for her on Fac... read more
