Made a deposit earlier in the week. I was told it needed a few days to clear. Came back a few days later and withdrew the funds I needed. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't need to wait long as I went in the early morning to avoid long lines and rude people. Very pleasant experience as always, a lovely young lady named Trish helped me both times, she was helpful, courteous and patient. Great location that always has the answers I need.
Cleared a mobile deposit in my account, then after my rent is paid using that deposit tells me i’m a thousand dollars in the whole for two weeks. Crazy way of handling deposits.
