A few weeks back, I went by to make a withdrawl. They did everything in their power to not let me, told me its better to go somewhere else for a lower withdral fee. I said its ok I dont mind but they still refused to help me. Bad customer service, the women there need some training.
I am thoroughly pleased with the service at the Free State Mall branch. I've been banking there for over 10 years, conducting business and personal banking. The tellers are consistently helpful and professional, and I've been a satisfied customer with Wells Fargo for over 25 years. FA Lloyd
Since the Capital One bank closed next door I opened a small checking account at Wells Fargo. I funded my account and was informed by the teller that funds would not post for 10 days. That is an exceptionally long time for Wells Fargo to sit on my money. Until the 10 days are up I was told I cannot write or cash checks. I get the feeling that Wells Fargo is going to try to nickle and dime me for all I'm worth. Should have went with PNC across the street. Sigh.
