Wilmer has a population of 20000 people.There is only one banker on Monday morning 11.AM to do business with wait times can be 1 to 2 hours to see a banker.This is horrible! Why they can't get two bankers in this building shows how difficult it is to maintain employees. Then to make matters worse , they do not make information available in large print for senior citizens????

I was talk to one of the bankers about my debit card and while I was explaining to her and telling her what she asked me, she hanged up on me and she was being really rude
Got there 15 minutes before close, called and they said they were closed as the teller was holding the phone up and looking at the door, so why close early when there’s four customers waiting, so happy I’m moving and can find a new bank
Came to deposit a large check as it cannot be done with mobile deposit. Walked up to the door at 5:02 as I got held up at work. The doors were still open… The manager rushed to the door and literally locked it in my face making eye contact. A deposit does not take ample amount of time. Either way- to look me dead in the eye and lock the door rather than speaking to me was next level poor business practice. Do better.
