No help with credit card application process. Had to sent faxes like it’s the 20s for my application and had to redo it because they gave me the wrong number.
My gripe is not with this branch, but Wells Fargo on the whole. They flagged a couple of times that somebody was trying to steal money out of my account. Sent texts and even stopped two withdrawals. Then the bank let it happen anyway and now I’m being treated like I made a purchase for over $2500 that I didn’t. If my mortgage wasn’t through them and rates weren’t so high, they would never get my business again. They willingly let the purchase go through instead of stopping it. Carrina, the branch manager, was really helpful when our companies account had a problem recently. The company I work for experienced a fraudulent transfer, and Carrina really helped us out and got the issue sorted out. Her quick response time made a huge difference. But I need to clarify that my 5 star review is for Carrina's performance, not for Wells Fargo corporate.
