I have banked with WF for 20 years and made a tough decision to close my account due to their national policies around minimum balance, transactions and increasing their fees. We have had 3 major transactions in the past couple of months at the bank and were taken care of with no issues. Employees were friendly, helpful and very efficient.
Received a mailer about an incentive to open a business checking account. Called several times to get more information about it. Three times couldn’t even get the option to talk to a person and the other time when I did it rang and no one picked up and answering machine said no one was available and directed me to go online.
Very bad services
Please I’m begging you don’t t do business with Wells Fargo! They lie and don’t make anything easy when it comes to banking or handling a loved one’s affairs when they are terminal ill. They have a poor reputation for a reason and I even witnessed a banker telling a customer it would be an hour wait for someone to access their safety deposit box when I was the only other person there.
