wouldnt cash a check that they issued without arbitrary supplemental identification - now Im stuck waiting until tuesday or I have to pay a hundred dollar fee because these people who dont actually do labor are getting labor day off - go figure what a garbage bank. also when I was a kid they just deleted my 400 bucks.
When my designated order for 1500 Euros in small bills incorrectly arrived from their out of state source as predominantly large 100s and 50s, the manager, a couple tellers and a banker jumped into action. Two days later a "Complaint / Resolution Desk" person called me with a fix. The next day I had my 1500 Euros in small bills in hand after swapping back their 100s and 50s. This local Urbandale branch here did a terrific job in rectifying a totally wrong situation. Thank you!
Went in to cancel one of my bank accounts. I was clear with Jose that it was the one with $0 balance but he kept asking if it was the one with a balance. He kept asking why I was closing in different ways. If you need to see a banker, make sure you schedule an appt.
