Would not help serve customers
If I could give zero stars I would! Use to bank with them yrs ago but left due to the incompetence of staff! Fast forward 13 yrs later and my new car was financed thru Wells and I’ve been trying for 3 weeks now to make my first car payment and they refuse anything but their app (which doesn’t work) or cash brought into the tellers! Talked to 50 different people and gone to 3 different branches yet not a single person knows how to do anything! Dijana is freaking amazing she is literally the best banker in the field not only her knowledge of banking but her customer service alone is second too none. She went above and beyond to fix to separate issues that I had at two separate Wells fargo's..
