The worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever seen. The customer service is the least professional wasting customers time. I was in the line for about 20 minutes and then I had to return without getting the service for which I was there. There was only one cashier who was too much inexperienced to provide highly productive service. Shame on Wells Fargo.
Went to withdraw money from my checking account. They gave me a hastle, asking what I was withdrawing money for. Then they told me they didn't have enough money at the bank to withdraw a few thousand. When did every Wells Fargo become so dumpy?
Teller wearing tattered jeans and unpressed shirt, four days on the job and no one else to help me.He raises his voice to be heard through the glass 20 feet away, asking what I want. Only one other customer in bank when I ask to see a personal banker. Now, 30 minutes later in the Millard branch I still have not seen anyone. Wells Fargo has got to be the worse bank there is and after 30 years with them, I can’t wait to change to a whole new bank. WF sucks.
I went to Wells Fargo. Long story short. Apartment complex approved me. Had a move in date. I paid the deposit. Then they denied me later. Weird. Kit Malloy went above and beyond to make sure the check came back. Appreciate you!
