This branch has the worst customer service of all banks I've ever been to. I've called and tried to schedule an appointment online & was not successful because the reasoning behind my appointment was not listed. Every time I chose an alternative it routed me to the online app or the call center rep who just keeps forwarding me back to the branch phone. I went in the branch physically to speak with a banker and no one was available for over an hour.
Long wait.
So for some reason I was unable to leave ANOTHER review so I’m just going to edit my first review I left like two years ago. Years later, still thoroughly disappointed with this institution. As I mentioned in my original review, for a business that literally holds money, it’s crazy how they can’t afford to make the necessary upgrades to improve upon customer experience. Drive through is terrible. The lady doesn’t know what she is doing. I was on drive through for 35 mins.
Terrible Customer Service at Wells Fargo (14817 Baltimore Ave, MD 20707) I had a very frustrating experience at this branch this past Friday. I sent money, and the bank made a mistake with the transaction. When I asked for help to fix it, the manager, Johana, ignored me and said she had other things to do.
