Need more atm instead associates. Work too slow.
Before ten years ago this bank was good customer service and a lot of banker but now customers service is poor and not enough banker . If you can’t help your customers need you should not be work there .
This Wells Fargo location is the worst. I’m forced to bank at WF for Girl Scouts and every single time I’m here I regret it. The tellers are nice enough but I have never waited less than 1/2 an hour for simple cash deposits. It feels like a prison as there is no decor and not one thing makes me want to be here. The ATMs are very often out of order as well.
