June 5th at 219. In the drive-thru. It would have been nice to have a heads up that when paying with cash you have to have your ID. After waiting minutes for her to process behind payment In the drive-thru seat tells me she needs my ID. I asked her so my payments can be late because I don't have my ID her response was YEAHHHH... Just another scam by Wells Fargo to get in those missed payments right?
What a joke tried to open an online account and received a message from them stating couldn't verify ny address had to make an appointment. When I attempted to make an appointment with this branch they emailed me back once again they couldn't confirm my address and I'm on Mside that tells me all I need to know. Thanks but no thanks
