After waiting minutes for her to process behind payment In the drive-thru seat tells me she needs my ID. I asked her so my payments can be late because I don't have my ID her response was YEAHHHH... Just another scam by Wells Fargo to get in those missed payments right?
What a joke tried to open an online account and received a message from them stating couldn't verify ny address had to make an appointment. When I attempted to make an appointment with this branch they emailed me back once again they couldn't confirm my address and I'm on Mside that tells me all I need to know. Thanks but no thanks
Opened a credit card under my name without my permission or consent or me even knowing about it. Look up the class action lawsuit about this, it happened to me. Absolutely junk bank
Apparently hiding fee changes in fine print and then blaming customers for not catching it is their idea of transparency. On brand for a company famous for opening fake accounts and screwing people over. Without actually notifying customers, Wells Fargo decided to start stealing $15 at a time with “Monthly Service Fees” as of October 2025. I've had my account for over 10 years without ever having a service fee. When I called to ask why I'm seeing fees now, I was told, “yOU havE BEEn NotifIEd, It's on YOuR MOntHLy StAteMent.”... read more
