Needs to go out of business because they don't know how to serve. Never answer the phone, drive thru always busy. 500 banks in Ankeny, only one crappy Wells Fargo
THE ANKENY LOCATION NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I don't use apps and the website had me log on, then kicked me off before I could make an appointment for my son. I only get decent customer service when I walk in, but I'm not driving across town when a phone call would answer my question.
The worst! No ATM inside or outside the building. Only a single one in drive through. Forced to use on foot, inbetween cars!
Worse customer service ever. Period
I always have such great experiences at this Wells Fargo. My favorite employee is Ryan— he is genuinely so kind and sweet! Very personable and a fun person to interact with. I always leave feeling content with my service. I have never had an issue with their ATM after bank hours and their NFC/tap always works!
