The ATM at this location took my deposit and did not provide a receipt, and the funds were never credited to my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service and confirmation from the branch manager that the ATM malfunctioned and that my $1,320 was recovered, my claim has not been resolved. It has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I am disappointed with how Wells Fargo has handled the situation. I hope this issue is reviewed and resolved promptly.
Lazy, comfortable bankers opening accounts and then leaving customers in the wind with broker promises and tasks incomplete due to rampant ignorance. Sally this one is for you! Thanks a lot for putting me through customer service hell with Wells Fargo. I hope you have the year you deserve.
