Branch 7384 I am submitting this complaint to formally document what was, without question, one of the most disappointing and unacceptable experiences I have ever had with Wells Fargo. The ATM at this location took my deposit and did not provide a receipt, and the funds were never credited to my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service and confirmation from the branch manager that the ATM malfunctioned and that my $1,320 was recovered, my claim has not been resolved. It has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I am disappointed with how Wells Fargo has handled the situation. I hope this issue is reviewed and resolved promptly.
