I waited in line for 35 minutes today. There was ONE teller. When I finally reached the front of the line, there were 7 or 8 people still in line behind me. Most of the other banks in Fergus Falls have drive up facilities, but not this bank. Terrible service.

WF online portal & sign up is very easy & convenient.
Business hours are 9-5 M-F including drive up Not open on weekends ATM is out of service more than it's working Meaning if you want to do any banking or get access to to your money you either have to do it on your lunch break or use another ATM and pay a surcharge Huge bank/building, but no one ever seems to be at any of the desks so if you have a question you have to make an appointment when it's convenient for them not you
