WF online portal & sign up is very easy & convenient.
Business hours are 9-5 M-F including drive up Not open on weekends ATM is out of service more than it's working Meaning if you want to do any banking or get access to to your money you either have to do it on your lunch break or use another ATM and pay a surcharge Huge bank/building, but no one ever seems to be at any of the desks so if you have a question you have to make an appointment when it's convenient for them not you

Everything comes down to management. I would never bank with WF. I had to call a corporate number twice to share my concerns with this branch, i did not feel comfortable here during any visit.
