I went in to deposit an EFS check today. After waiting about 20 minutes it's my turn and yes a line has formed behind me, so anyways there are about 5 or 6 people behind me and I'm told to stand to tge side cause they want to clear the line before calling to get the authorization code on my check. In other words I'm not as important as the rest of the people. I'm now in the process of finding a different bank to use cause I'm fed up with being treated like I'm not as important as the other customers.

This branch has poor communication skills and customer service skills an employee taking a lunch at 10am it's wild
At least once a month I go to use the ATM and it's out of service for one reason or another, on after hours on the weekends no less. It's been down for multiple weeks before. This time I had to use the lobby to deposit a check because the ATM is down again, and they refused to because my paycheck didn't have my suffix on it. Why that suddenly matters after +10yrs and dozens if not hundreds of deposited checks I don't know, the last several years at this specific branch.
