Couldn't close my savings account loddy leader said they were to busy when on nobody was being help, the lady was nice the center is awful, every time I go to this center I always get to you need an appointment, this is why I'm going to bank of america, nice thing is there is one right across the street.

I would give this a negative review but that's not an option. I just tried to cash a check and was told to come inside since I don't have a bank account there. Me and my husband stood in line for a good 15 minutes. 2 lines were open while the last wasn't. With one lady, Kaitlin just standing around micromanaging. Soon as I get seen I was told I couldn't get my check cashed because I don't have an account there. Will not be going back and so glad we never opened a bank account there. They need more professional staff working ... read more
