The scarcity guard is so nosy and can’t mind her own business. I was with my kids that I was working with and the security guard comes at me, she looks so scary and says how to I know the kids and if I had kidnapped them and I told her that I work with them and then says I’m just asking like mind your own business and stop and get better less noise and nicer security this has to stop.🤬🤬🤬
To be honest I don't know where to start but I will never go to Wells Fargo including this branch ever again. This is why I deal with direct deposit 😂 I've worked all my life and was never told I will be charged $10 for cashing my check. It's hard out here right now, gotta deal with taxes and now check cashing fees on top of it. That's pretty steep if you ask me. This is why I don't do banks at all. Twenty Years as a customer down the drain in one morning. Smh. 🤦🏾♀️ How is there a whole branch with at least 3-lead personnel in-house and on site, yet no one can close an account. I sat for 30 minutes and was told by 3 different staff that “the only person” that could close my account would be with me shortly. After 32 minutes of waiting, one person came out with an apology to say that no one was available at all today to close my account.
