If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The front desk is the first impression customers have of a branch, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The young woman who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and had a very poor attitude. Customer-facing employees should be welcoming, respectful, and willing to help, not make customers feel like they are an inconvenience simply for asking for assistance.
