Two lakeville locations, one is closed, and the other has a rookie personal banker that can't help make a small change. There are 76,000 residents in Lakeville. Saturday morning at 10 am! I've been with wells for 33 years. It's time to move on.
Slow service, Don't try to sell me crud while I'm doing a transaction. Perhaps have a drive-thru ATM?
Another terrible Wells Fargo Experience. I waited more than 15 minutes while someone argued about a fee. Other people in line waiting as well. Every office door is closed and not one person willing to step in and help. This company used to be so great and this has become the norm at WF along with a stupid fee for everything. If I didn’t have a mortgage with them I would close it all!!! Ally’s customer service is 10x better and they treat you like a customer not an enemy!!
I would give no stars if I could. Takes so long...and to just make a deposit.
Wells Fargo doesn't care for their customers. We have been dealing with issues that they neglect to own up to or resolve for several weeks now. They have put our financial stability in a state of instability due to their lack of caring and concern for their customers.
