Never had an issue at a Wells Fargo bank branch until now. Poorest customer service I have experienced! Probably a lack of training but nevertheless poor! I’ll go back to my branch in Waukee, Iowa where they take care of their customers.
I would not recommend this bank. When my husband died they provided no support on our joint account. The person I talked to was rude at such a difficult time. I am moving banks.
