I have been a customer for 25 years and will be closing my account tomorrow new changes hold 500.00 at all times or be charged 15.00 well to many people live paycheck to paycheck and now a fee don’t support that will be closing it
It is impossible to get ahold of anyone at this bank over the phone, and I made an appointment just for the banker to still not pick up the phone at our scheduled time. I don't understand why getting service remotely is so difficult for this branch.
Based on a phone call alone- took 5 tries to get through to a live person. Said I have to schedule an appointment simply to get a check co-endorsed and they're "full". Today. The automated junk is inefficient when a phone call is so much easier and better customer service. Not pleased with the number of times it took to get a live person, not pleased overall that there's no Wells Fargo banks in any larger cities/towns in central IL
