What's the point in having an ATM that never works then charging people huge fees to use other banks ATMs I think I'm going to find another bank

Got a letter saying all my accounts are going to be closed. Went right into the branch the same day to solve the problem and nobody could give me an answer. Left 2 complaints and called several times to the “help” lines provided on my letter I received and every single person said it was due to a “business decision” that Wells Fargo decided to close my accounts. They said that Wells Fargo didn’t give anymore information on why just “because”. What an absolute JOKE of a bank. Do yourself a favor and move to a local bank. Well... read more
