Disgusting behavior of employees, they don't want to work. I've been brought to a white knee there, these people who work there need to be fired because they're ruining the name of the bank, a lot of people are not happy with the comments, the management change people here as many people are leaving in a rage at them. Very friendly great experience.
Very unprofessional, egotistic and sarcastic for no reason considering this is a place of professionalism. the management refused to let me make a withdraw for a purchase like this is their mother’s business. Being a member should mean there is a reason for refusal. Personal ego should never be brought to the work place, and everything in business should have a reason.
For 10 years, I’ve been coming to this bank and they have always given me exceptional service. As of recently I had an issue where I needed coins and they went out of their way to help me out when they didn’t have to. I had been to three other banks that day who would not help me at all, some of which were rude about it, but these wonderful people really came in clutch. Thank you Wells Fargo staff!
Definitely stay away from this location because they will go way out of their way to not help you and seem not to care at all. Literally stoped me right in the doorway and said can't cash a check from wells fargo and they are Wells Fargo. Could not offer any assistance or anything at all to help and caused some very serious issues for me that day/night....the kicker went to a different wells Fargo location the next day and cashed it no problems and they went out of the way to make sure everything was good.
