Wells Fargo as a whole has gotten too big for an old soul like me. Trying to get anything accomplished over the phone or online proved impossible. I arrived at this branch without an appointment and had to wait about 30 minutes. Mandy the branch manager was super polite and helpful and I left in a better mood than when I arrived.
This is literally the worst bank and so lazy they have the nerve to have so many rules but service sucks
I am giving Wells Fargo 0 stars but you have to choose 1. Every time I call my local branch- they put me on hold and I get disconnected for my call is filtered through their never ending telephone system. Today I called again and was transferred to customer service because the bank was closed. It was not closed it was open. My father had Alzheimer's and died on 6/17/2024. He came to Chicago to live with me- he had lived in Las Vegas. While going through his paperwork it appears he had a lock box at the Fort Apache Las Vegas ... read more
