Worst bank to ever exist
Drove five hours to this location (closest one to me) to resolve an issue that could only be handled in person. The banker I spoke to interrupted me several times throughout the process of me trying to explain the problem with my account and was genuinely impatient. Ultimately I was told to wait 24-48 hours for the problem to be resolved and given a phone number to call if I had any further issues... My father was involved in a phone scam and lost $69,000. Wells Fargo was the receiving bank. The issue with this WF location is, my father went to this location to check the account balance he thought he sent the money to and the following happened. Wells Fargo bank staff gave my father client confidential information including account names, account numbers, account balances & account status of the now closed accounts he sent the money to.
