My father was involved in a phone scam and lost $69,000. Wells Fargo was the receiving bank. The issue with this WF location is, my father went to this location to check the account balance he thought he sent the money to and the following happened. Wells Fargo bank staff gave my father client confidential information including account names, account numbers, account balances & account status of the now closed accounts he sent the money to. Khalil, Dinisha, and Justin are a dream team!!! Honestly, everyone who has helped me here has been amazing. They always have a smile on their faces and are super helpful. My company banks with them, and I’ve been contemplating switching over myself. The whole team is great—I love visiting them!
The staff at this branch are so friendly and helpful. I'm used to Chase and Bank of America staff around Oak Lawn. So I was ready for a probable irritated and unhelpful staff and at least a 30 minute wait. Even the security guard greeted me.
