they will waste your time transferring your call from banker to banker because they are all too incompetent to go and find information on their own. please save yourself a headache.
Terrible, I’m a hardworking black man and I came in here to cash my check and they refused me. I had a bank statement and by id and they wouldn’t let me cash a check, prior to interrogating me lol, keep in mind the check is only 1890
am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and service I experienced at this branch. What happened during my visit is completely unacceptable for any bank, especially one the size of Wells Fargo. First, the branch supervisor was dressed in a way that violated basic banking standards. He was wearing open-back shoes with no socks, which is clearly unprofessional and not in line with any bank’s dress code. This immediately set a negative tone for the entire interaction.
