Worst service ever. No help.
Worst bank branch and worst manager of branch KAHLIL WARREN. These guys just got dead service and I'm taking out all money from this bank and never gonna use it anymore since nowadays Wells Fargo got terrible service and banking system, I literally convinced for it again. It doesn't deserve even 1star
Very kind staff, but unfortunately not equipped to perform simple banking tasks. Multiple representatives via phone told me any Wells Fargo branch could cash a check made out to a business account instead of personal account with proper documentation. I drove 40 minutes each way with said documentation and spoke to 4 different reps in person — all of whom said this would not be possible and never ask to see any documentation. 9 calls and 3 transfers later with customer service, I verified it would be possible to cash the che... read more
