Don't use wells fargo. It's been 6 years and I never received my 300 dollars back for my secured credit card. I've called countless times. No help. Theives
I've been with WF since 2009, have always kept my account in good standing, used to work for Wells for 6 years as well. This particular day that I came to the Carrollwood branch with 2 checks one from my aunt and one from my great-grandmother who is 91. Carlos, I personally felt when I handed him the checks; saw they were out of state and saw the print was matching. Called this location to see if they had a notary and no one answered, instead I was forwarded to the automated system then the call center who had to tell me I have to call this location to confirm if there’s a notary.
