I am leaving this review regarding one of the bankers, Jessica Lynch. Due to her failure to fulfill her responsibilities properly, my mother’s accounts were deactivated. This caused significant inconvenience, requiring considerable time and effort to resolve, and created unnecessary stress for my mother. Such service is unacceptable, and I hope the bank takes appropriate steps to prevent similar situations in the future.
I have to change this bank because they are charging for everything for have the account $10 every month
