I recently took my teenage daughter into this branch to open her first checking account. I was blown away by the service. We were greeted as we walked in the door, spoke with a very kind lady at the counter and waited for an opening to speak with someone about opening an account. In just a few minutes Kim came and walked us to her desk. She did a fantastic job educating my daughter on the different types of checking accounts. She was upfront with possible fees.
