Very disappointing experience with Wells Fargo. I was pre-approved, received an offer by mail, and applied for a credit card without any issues. Then my account was suddenly blocked and I was asked to provide a 1099 like a mortgage, with only one week to respond. I couldn’t get the documents in time, and they closed my account. Worst experience ever—I would not bank with them again.
I’ve been a customer for 17 years. I will not be much longer. I have received no support pertaining to a wire transfer and no one can tell me where the funds currently are. Ridiculous given the tracking info that is generated anytime a wire transfer occurs. Disgusted.
Had a damn appointment @ 9:30 AM. Bank is closed and signage says open @ 9. Sat there for 20 mins and NO CALL to reschedule or keep me from wasting my time going there. Wells Fargo has the worst customer service. What a poorly managed operation.
The worst bank branch in the HISTORY of Wells Fargo I will be closing my account today ! The customer service is horrible the atm outside is never working and I am currently standing outside the branch it is 9:33 and they are all inside with the doors locked giving no type of explanation as to why they are closed ! I have a business and personal account with them I will be closing it ! Ridiculous
