Wells Fargo is a good bank! They have a very good tellers.
I have had an account with Wells Fargo for over 30 yrs. With just a few exceptions, I have been satisfied with the service with this company. However, today at the 4th street N St Petersburg branch, I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After trying to cash a check against my account, I was delayed more than 20 minutes for what should have taken less than 5! Even after more than 10 minutes of waiting. I suggested they just deposit it into my account so I could complete my transaction and be on my way... read more
