I was reading prior reviews. Thought it could not be that bad. Well it is. Took my grandson to open bank account. A employee came out and gave me the up and down like we were less then. Then said nobody came help for half hour. My wife and I are ready close multiple accounts. Customer service is the core value of any business and it’s non existent at this branch!!
Worst experience (Andrew ) He does not have to be a bank employee. The worst treatment from the worst person who does not deserve to be a bank employee and. If I had a dollar for every time she made a customer feel like less than human, I could probably open an account somewhere else!
