I came to the branch to get one page notarized. It was around 3pm. The teller told me there were 5 customers waiting ahead but it was important to me to get it done same day so I informed her I would wait. I asked her how many bankers working and she said 5. Also she mentioned they work by appointments only and besides these 5 people there were appointments scheduled. Went to the branch at 11am to change my name on my current accounts and open a new bank and was turned away by Orlando P. Saying they didn’t have time it was a straight NO to me and another customer that was in front of me needing help with his decor account. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for so many years and never had an experience like this and I’ve lived in 4 other states. HORRIBLE!
