Most horrible experience ever, condescending individuals with no knowledge at all. After an hour waiting they refused to cash my check and did not contact the maker to get it resolved. They made believe they were doing the necessary action to get the check cashed and to just refuse services. Go to a different company and branch. Wells Fargo Gizelle is not a knowledgeable human find another place to do business
Drops ya with no certified mail or anything. USAA did this as well.
