Worse customer service ever robot is difficult to use and someone named Leah is answering and just hanging up at this branch
I opened my account recently and received fantastic service from Ms. Joselyn Salcedo! She was very attentive and helped me with all the issues I needed! I wish all customer service professionals acted like her! Congratulations Well Fargo on having an excellent professional like Mrs. Salcedo!
Terrible customer service. The branch manager has been hostile and rude to my and my family. She has had and attitude and hasn’t been very accommodating or helpful. We are going to to another bank. I don’t recommend this branch. Especially with rude leadership. My grandpa has been a loyal customer for many years. Sad to say we are leaving because of her!
I had an excellent experience from this location, Juan Ramirez took care of what I needed, he was such nice person, hope you have the chance to visit this well fargo!
