I don't have a reason to go inside so I won't complain. Its nice having a bank on each side of the road, saves time on lunch break. The atm at this location is nice just keep an eye on your surroundings
My church and personal accounts are at this bank. First they closed the drive through which made banking more inconvenient then when the coronavirus hit they closed the lobby. Had they been considering their customers they should have reopened the drive through. But no, they are both now closed. Now I have to drive over 6 miles one way and sit in line anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes to make my deposits. Thinking about looking for another bank if they don't open one of the two soon.
Too much talking while lines get longer. Very annoying when we hear long conversations while we wait , keep it short & sweet . The branch inside could use updating seems tired.
