9.16.25 here I am again waiting in line! Nothing has changed!!!Had to wait in line for over 15 minutes. The manger did not bother to pull an employee to work a teller line. Poor customer service. They don't even have a commercial line for business and have customers resolve issues in a teller line that should not be there.

Very friendly staff. Yvonne in particular was delightful & kind. Unlike any other bank experience.
