Went in today with an issue and was told by the branch manager there was nothing she could do to help me. I knew she was lying and told her so. I will never set foot back in that bank as long as she is there. She treated me as if she was there as a favor to me instead of being there to do a job my money pays her to do. She looked down her nose at me acting as if she was better than me. She was rude and just very unprofessional. You never treat your customers like she did me.
