Yeliani and the whole team was such a gem to work with!!! I have nothing but good things to say :-)
I was looking for a new bank after being with my old bank for almost 20 years. I walked into this branch and Yeliani met with me at the entrance. I explained that I was interested in opening a new checking account and she was able to assist me and explain the products available. She was very through and clear that I felt comfortable as a new customer. She provided the best customer service and highly recommend her with any banking needs.
Sadly Wells Fargo is becoming less and less a customer friendly bank. Thed growth of "TECH." has allowed for the almost total removal of the personal touch. Reconization of the line between tech efficiency and personal service is more than blured, Now is is near absent. Add to this the changes in the checks we use , those of us who don't use a computer to manage or money, yes we exist. No longer can we purchase an end stub check unless we buy business checks. Awful customer service and slow tellers. Also, how do you have only 1 teller on a Friday afternoon?
1 year ago almost to the day, I went to this branch to pay back a loan that a month earlier I took out for my daughter. I took the loan out from this branch & thought I'll go back to the same branch. BIG MISTAKE EVER!!!! The bank rep.i went to that day was same representative who processed the personal loan for me. I said my first pmts due today I'd like to do that but I also want to pay back the loan, I never used the loan. Since I didn't use it for the intended purpose can I keep $5,000.
