Mediocre service and intrusive, unnecessary questions and long wait for approval for a mere deposit to my existing checking account. I have been a customer for 9 years and have made comparable transactions in other branches without such hassle. I give it two stars and considere it a generous score. Recurrence of such poor service will compel me to move to a different banking institution.
This branch sucks absolute worst service and the bank manager is rude. Every time i try to get anything done like open a bank account. I have been turned away when I told the bank manager today why do you always turn people away I was told " if I had enough bodies I could help you" ...... it is worth the drive to go to a different bank
I visited the branch to help my elderly parents with some bank business. Shereka Saulter was the agent who helped us. She was so professional and courteous. My mom has dementia and Shereka displayed incredible patience and compassion. Shereka is outstanding. You're lucky to have her there.
I have a $100 check made out to me from a Wells Fargo Bank. I do not have an account at Wells Fargo but I have a Wells Fargo credit card and my driver's license. I tried to cash this check in the drive-thru, however, I'm told that I must come inside the bank to cash it. Once inside the bank. Bank, I'm told there will be a $10 charge to cash this check. What on Earth is the world coming to.
Juan Sanchez is a super star. Don’t know how this branch has a low rating. Was talked to the second we walked in and taken great care of. Best branch I’ve ever been to.
