Stopped by to open my daughter's first checking account today. Robert helped us every step of the way. He was great at slowing down and explaining things to her since this was her first experience. He answered all the questions we had. While he was clicking through the various screens on his computer, he spent time doing small talk with us. Overall, he provided excellent customer service. A positive experience for her first bank account experience.
