Made an appointment to come in to open my business account and was turned down because they didn't call me in time to let me know what documents I would need. Really? I need a utility bill to open a business account??? I opened a business account previously with minimum documentation..... why does every Wells Fargo branch operate differently when it comes to requirements?? Dawn has been such a wonderful banker for us. We had a challenging situation and she gave us stellar customer service and talked us through all of our options. I was bummed to hear she moved to another state, however, am confident her leadership qualities carried down to the team at this location.if there were 10 stars, I would give them! She is fantastic, I am glad she will remain in the Wells Fargo family!
Kind of a mixed bag here. If this review were for Wells Fargo itself, it would've been a lower rating. If this review were just for Charles, it would be five stars easily. He helped me close my account the other day due to unresolved suspicious activity and slow card replacement. Even though I told him my mind was made up on closing my account, he took the time to sit with me, comb through my recent charges, and troubleshoot how/why my account was exposed.
