The owner of the wells Fargo account that keeps trying to apologize for the inconvenience on their part obviously doesn't care scanner still doesn't work and all he does is keep saying he will get to it but I've seen so many replys from him I was there yesterday 9/11/25 me and two other people couldn't get in wells Fargo needs to shut it's measly business down this bank is garbage do not do business here they do not care about the supposed business they are in

For some reason, they refuse to fix the scanner at the ATM door, even with constant complaints. I’ve been a customer for over a decade, but their service has gone downhill. An AI chatbot will probably reply saying how much they “care,” but actions speak louder. Honestly, I’m writing this while actively looking for a new bank. I came across other reviews of Wells Fargo and realized I’m not alone, this poor experience is clearly widespread.

Same thing, no fix of the scanner for the atm: I couldn’t make a deposit and had to pay a fee bc I couldn’t get to another Wells Fargo in time. Lame

I had a HORRIBLE experience yesterday (4/22/2025). If you have to go to the New Haven branch, proceed with CAUTION! I called earlier that day because I was bringing in loose change to exchange for bills. The person I spoke with on the phone (Andre) said they provide that service, and I told him I would be there in an hour.
