Refused to cash paychecks from their bank unless the costumer has an account with them. I needed this service for my teenage children who just started working; the checks are from the city of New Haven, issued by Wells Fargo. They’ve given us a range of excuses. Way to discourage and inconvenience our youth!
I go here to turn pennies, dimes and nickels into quarters. The tellers give me a hard time saying "We're not supposed to do that". What's the big deal?. It's Downtown New Haven after all, VERY independent apparently.
Service really bad never wanted to help you even with your ID. Service is negative zero. Second why should go across town to use the ATM? figure better way out. We should be able to have access to use the atm or put that shit outside like how yall had it on elm street. My account will be going somewhere else.
